"And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near." Hebrews 10:24–25

SUNDAYS

9:45am – Sunday School

Beginning at 9:45am on Sunday mornings, we have our Sunday School, a time focused on making disciples of Christ by offering classes for children, youth, and adults. Children's classes meet in Fellowship Hall.. Adults are welcome to attend the class in the Fellowship Hall 2 (Overflow Room).

11:00am – Sunday Morning Service

At 11:00am we hold our Sunday morning service, where we gather for about an hour and a half to sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, offer prayers of praise, confession, and intercession to God, hear God’s Word read and preached, and observe the ordinances of baptism and the Lord's Supper (1st Sunday of the month). We are a family-friendly church and children are more than welcome to stay in for the service. Preaching at RSMBC is generally expositional, meaning that it seeks to declare the point of a particular biblical passage. All preaching is driven by the gospel, the Bible’s main message of God saving sinners through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We sing a hymn encapsulating the theme of the sermon and then take our seats once more for a brief moment of silent reflection.

WEDNESDAYS (Starting 4/6/24)

7:00pm – Bible Study

Members and guests assemble for an inductive Bible study in which we think through a small passage of Scripture together. Our goal in Wednesday Night Bible Study is not simply to learn from the selected text but to learn how to study the Bible in our private devotions and apply it to our personal lives. Members freely participate in the textual discussion, some focusing on a translator’s rendering of a verse, others looking more at how that verse affects some aspect of their spiritual life. When our discussion wraps up around 8:00pm, we pray, sing a verse of a hymn, and are dismissed.
